Hall Rental

Looking to rent a space for your next event? With over 4,900 sq. feet of event space, our hall is the perfect location for your upcoming wedding reception, baby shower, birthday party or business meeting. Our multipurpose room can accommodate a maximum of 175 people.

All functions have complete use of our kitchen facility. The American Legion Post 101 does not offer catering services; therefore you are welcome to use your own caterer and bring in your own selection of food ,coffee, and tea.

To make your event as easy as possible we will give you time to decorate for your event as other event scheduling allows.

Hall showings are available by appointment only.

Pricing

Hall & Cleaning Deposit

Holds room for the desired date, balance of rental fee is due 7 days prior to event. Event dates are first come, first serve.

  • Minimum deposit of $150
  • Cleaning deposit of $100 (Refundable 10 days after the event)

Rental Rates

  • Rental Fee for the hall is $300 for 4 Hours.
  • Additional hours available as scheduling of events permits at $100/hr.
  • Bar minimum of $250
  • Events without a bar is an additional $250
  • Fraternal and Charitable Organizations, and Funeral Collations are eligible for reduced pricing. Please Contact the rental manager.
  • Please note that all transactions are by cash or check. The post does not accept credit cards.

Contract Points

Vendors

One of the elements that make our venue so unique is that clients may work with vendors of their choice. All vendors will be under the care and responsibility of the client, allowing for each event to meet the overall vision each client is looking for.

Alcohol & Beverages

No alcoholic beverages may be brought onto Post property, or leave the Function Hall. This is strictly enforced. It is the lessee’s responsibility to see that there is no consumption of alcoholic beverages in the parking areas by the lessees’ guests prior to, during, or after the function. All bartenders will be provided by the Post. They have the final determination to refuse service to anyone who cannot provide appropriate proof of age or appears to be intoxicated. Underage drinking of any alcoholic beverage by a minor is strictly prohibited on Post property. Violation of alcohol rules may result in the event being ended, and forfeiture of the security deposit.

Non alcoholic beverages such as tonic and water must be purchased at the bar. The exceptions are coffee and tea which may be brought by lessee.

Decorations

  • No items are are to be attached to the walls in any manner without prior permission of the rental manager.
  • The use of confetti, glitter, rice , sparkles, etc. within the Post is prohibited.
  • Candles and open flames of any kind are prohibited.
  • No Disc Jockey or Band pyrotechnics are allowed, including fog or smoke effects.
  • There is NO Smoking within the Post or Function Hall at any time.

Cleanup

Client is responsible for cleaning the hall and kitchen after the event including removing all trash from the hall and kitchen area and taking it to the dumpster. They should be left in the condition they were found.
